Atlanta Hawks forward Bogdan Bogdanovic is questionable for Game 2 against the Bucks with right knee soreness. Bogdanovic is currently a game time decision and you can tell he’s kind of laboring in pain on the court out there.

Hawks star guard Trae Young wrecked the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 1 to the tune of 48 points, 11 assists, and 7 rebounds. Young was throwing bullet passes like an NFL quarterback to John Collins and Clint Capela out there.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 34 points for the Bucks along with 12 rebounds and 9 assists. Jrue Holiday had a great offensive night, scoring 33 points along with 10 assists. Khris Middleton seemed to struggle from the field scoring only 6 of 23 for 15 points. Meanwhile, Brook Lopez played just 20 minutes in Game 1, the lowest of his entire 2021 playoff run.

Collectively, the Hawks shot 14 of 16 free throws from the line in Game 1, 87.5% FT to the Bucks’ 11 of 14 free throws, 78.6% FT. The Bucks were actually the better passing team, 27 to 19 assists and turned over the ball less, 8 to 13.

They even outscored the Hawks in the paint 70 to 54. But as we all know stats aren’t the end of the tape and the Bucks had no answer for Trae Young down the stretch. Will the fifth seed defeat the third scene and advance to the NBA Finals? Only one way to find out.
