Synopsis of episode “Bloody Good Smorgasbord”:
For a vampire party in the spooky cellar, Carla Hall asks the eight remaining bakers to team up and create desserts for a buffet to satisfy the bloodsuckers’ appetites.
Host Carla Hall will judge the remaining 8 contestants along with Top 10 Pastry Chef (in America) Zac Young, and fellow award winning pastry chef Stephanie Boswell.
Carla Hall is also a judge on Holiday Baking Championship on Food Network and the owner of artisan cookie shop ‘Carla Hall Petite Cookies’. The Nashville native has previously appeared as a competitor on Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars.
Season 6 of Halloween Baking Championship premiered on September 14, 2020 with “House of Haunts”. Almost a full year after Season 5’s finale (“A Haunting We Will Go” on October 28, 2019. Carla Hall was previously a judge in Season 5 but this will be her first season as host of Halloween Baking Championship.
Seasons 3-5 were hosted by standup comedian and former Talk Soup host John Henson. Season 2 was hosted by comedian Jeff Dunham.
Season 1 was hosted by the winner of Bravo Top Chefs All-Stars, Richard Blais. Carla Hall was the only judge (and chef) to return back in Season 2 of the TV Series.
