Karl-Anthony Towns – Status: Out
The Minnesota Timberwolves franchise player has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and will quarantine for 10-14 days.
Russell Westbrook – Status: Out
Westbrook is suffering from a quad injury and will be reevaluated this week according to Washington Wizards coach Scott Brooks. * Monday’s game against the Cavs has been postponed due to six Wizards testing positive for COVID-19 all the same.
Jimmy Butler – Status: Out
Butler will not be playing on Monday’s Miami Heat game against the Detroit Pistons due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols for COVID-19.
Kyrie Irving – Status: Questionable
If Kyrie Irving is cleared by the league, the Nets Big 3 will finally play together in Monday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks. It’s unclear what will happen to Kyrie’s assists and usage rate with another dominant ball handler in James Harden on the team. Though obviously Irving will continue to play point guard.
C.J. McCollum – Status: Out
McCollum sprained his ankle during Saturday’s Trail Blazers win over the Hawks and is already confirmed by the team to not be playing in Monday’s game against the Spurs.
Jonas Valanciunas – Status: Out
Valanciunas will miss Monday’s Grizzlies game due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Expect Valanciunas to miss the rest of the week.
John Wall – Status: Out
John Wall has been confirmed out for Monday’s Houston Rockets game with left knee soreness. Victor Oladipo is confirmed to be playing however, and DeMarcus Cousins & Eric Gordon are probable.
Jusuf Nurkic – Status: Out Indefinitely
Nurkic fractured his right wrist and will be out for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Kevin Love – Status: Out Indefinitely
Kevin Love might be back sometime in early February after re-aggravating his calf strain earlier this season.
Darius Garland – Status: Out
There is no recent news about Garland’s return from a shoulder injury. He would not have played in Monday’s postponed Cavs game against the Washington Wizards.
Collin Sexton – Status: Day to Day
Sexton is day-to-day with an ankle injury. Tonight’s Cavs game has been postponed but he might return on Wednesday. There has been no formal announcement.
Jarrett Allen – Status: Out
Allen (and Taurean Prince) are confirmed to be debuting this Wednesday for the Cavs post-trade.
Evan Fournier – Status: Out
Fournier continues to be out with back spasms and will not play in Monday’s Orlando Magic game against the New York Knicks.
Markelle Fultz – Status: Out for season
Fultz is out for the NBA season after suffering a torn ACL in his left knee. He was having a solid fantasy season too, a real comeback story.
Ricky Rubio – Out
Rubio will miss Monday’s Timberwolves game against the Atlanta Hawks due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Tyler Herro – Status: Questionable
Herro who is suffering from neck spasms has been upgraded to questionable and might play in Monday’s Miami Heat game.
Meyers Leonard – Status: Out
Leonard is suffering from a shoulder injury and confirmed out for Monday’s Heat game against the Pistons.
Mo Bamba – Status: Out
Bamba is out of Monday’s game due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Cam Reddish – Status: Questionable
Reddish is questionable for Monday’s Hawk game against the Timberwolves. He was also questionable for Saturday’s game however, and did not play.
Danilo Gallinari – Status: Doubtful
Gallinari is likely to return soon but it’s unlikely to be tonight.
Rajon Rondo – Status: Out
Rondo is out for tonight’s game but likely to return against the Phoenix Suns this Wednesday.
Alec Burks – Status: Day-to-day
Burks might play in Monday’s Knick game against the Orlando Magic. He was considered doubtful to play on Sunday due to his left ankle injury.
Bogdan Bogdanovic – Status: Out for several weeks
Bogdanovic is out with a right knee avulsion fracture and is likely to be out several weeks and potential more than that.
Spencer Dinwiddie – Status: Out for season
Dinwiddle is out for the NBA season with a partially torn acl in his right knee.
Thomas Bryant – Status: Out for season
Bryant is out for the season due to a torn ACL in his left knee.
Rui Hachimura – Status: Day-to-day
The Wizards game tonight is postponed but Hachimura is currently questionable for Wednesday due to the NBA’s health and safety protocol for COVID-19.
Klay Thompson – Status: Out for season
Thompson is out for the season with a torn achilles tendon as was announced earlier this NBA season.
