South Park returns tonight on Comedy Central after the funniest teaser trailer released yet in 2021! You can watch a live stream of the South Park Vaccination Special over at Comedy Central with a cable provider login.
No cable? No worries! You can watch South Park online with a subscription to Fubo TV (7-Day Free Trial available). The episode will likely be available on HBO Max, though it’s unclear if it will be available immediatley post-air.
On Hulu’s streaming service in the past, South Park was available at 3 am EST after a live TV airing on Comedy Central. Perhaps, the South ParQ Vaccination Special stream on HBO Max will also follow this schedule.
Tonight’s episode is officially titled “South ParQ Vaccination Special”, a play on the Q follower phenomena. Butters will be leading a version of that Q group named Lil’ Qties on tonight’s episode. He comments “I just wanted to believe in something to get out of the house!” in the second trailer released.

“79 B****es!”
It’ll be interesting to see what direction the show gives the Q-following citizens of South Park. How will the Stotch parents react?
The citizens of #SouthParQ are clamoring for the COVID-19 vaccine. An all-new "South ParQ Vaccination Special" premieres TONIGHT at 8/7c on Comedy Central. https://t.co/HOBcctATNb

“South ParQ Vaccination Special” will mark the second special of the 24th season of South Park and will be also be a full hour long.
South Park’s 23rd season actually started back on September 25, 2019. The entire crew worked remotely for the last Pandemic Special. Remote work caused by the COVID-19 outbreak likely continued for the Vaccination Special at South Park Digital Studios.
It’s likely these one hour specials will become the norm for the season moving forward. South Park is cheering us all up with these specials, playing a vital role in the COVID-19 pandemic. Giving laughter.
