The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase begins at 10:00 am PT or 1:00 pm ET if you’re on the east coast. You can watch the Xbox E3 live stream above right here from Xbox’s YouTube Channel.
Alternatively, you can watch the E3 live stream for the press conference over at Twitch, E3 YouTube Channel, the E3 2021 fan portal with a registered account, Facebook, and Twitter. It’s never been easier to connect with your fellow Xbox fans on all live streaming platforms.
The centerpiece of today’s press conference will likely Halo Infinite and potentially Fallout 5. It’s likely Fallout 5 would be exclusive to the Xbox Series X. The Xbox brand has majorly invested in establishing Game Pass, recently bringing Sega’s entire Yakuza franchise on board. There will likely again be big names moving onto the service, perhaps Sega’s Judgment and Yakuza: Like A Dragon will complete the Yakuza set?
There have been rumors Bethesda will unveil The Outer Worlds 2 or a Skyrim sequel following the special edition’s release as well. A new Forza Horizon title or some type of expansion is surely a lock.
Will Microsoft continue reviving Rare franchises after finding success with Killer Instinct? Xbox fans have been waiting for Banjo-Threeie and a new Conker’s Bad Fur Day for years now.
What about Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 remake, will Microsoft be able to break Sony’s exclusivity over the title with Parker Brother’s style moneybags? Or will Microsoft acquire a different exclusive from Square Enix like Dragon Quest? Microsoft has attempted to gain a market share over the JRPG genre for years now, dating all the way back to Blue Dragon.
Lucky’s Tale was featured prominently in a previous showcase, maybe a full sequel following Super Lucky’s Tale will be shown? And what about a Cuphead 2? There’s an opportunity to continue expanding on the franchise’s beloved old-school animated visuals as a more refined side scroller with a bit lower difficulty to open the game’s accessibility. Enjoy the Xbox E3 Live Stream today!
