With the Los Anglers Lakers looming around Toronto Raptors Coach Nick Nurse, this could be his last dance in the Eastern Conference. But a deep playoff run and a system he built could change a defecation to LeBron’s home court. The Toronto Raptors won 2 out of 3 matchups against the Philadelphia 76ers in the regular season… With the 76ers last win coming last December.

The Raptors most recently defeated the 76ers on April 7 after the James Harden trade. Harden went 3 for 12 from the field in that game, though he did go 6 of 6 from the free throw line. Which is where the 76ers biggest advantage will lie in this playoff series, at the free throw line. They lead the league in free throw percentage (#1) with 82.1% FG.

The 76ers also have the scoring leader in Joel Embiid with 30.6 points per game and are 7th in the league from the three point line. However, the Raptors have some of the best defenders in the game with Pascal Siakam and Gary Trent Jr. plus all-star Fred Van Fleet and Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes. Tobias Harris will be counted on to hit the 3 point shot for the 76ers should Embiid and Harden endlessly get double teamed.
