Photos: Actress Brina Palencia, the voice of Ciel Phantomhive in anime ‘Black Butler’, attended a series themed high tea pop-up shop event in West Hollywood on June 7, 2024.
The Crunchyroll promotional event also featured Palencia’s ‘Black Butler’ co-star J. Michael Tatum, the voice of Sebastian Michaelis.

Key Highlights of the Event:
High Tea Experience: Guests enjoyed a sophisticated high tea from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, complete with a variety of teas, delectable food, and passed hors d’oeuvres, all served by butlers inspired by the anime series.
Attendees: 300 fans, influencers, and members of the press.
Location: The High Tea festivities were held at West Hollywood’s Arden Restaurant & Bar.
Decor: The restaurant featured thematic decor reminiscent of Weston College’s Swan Gazebo from ‘Black Butler -Public School Arc-‘.
Black Butler -Public School Arc- Synopsis:
“Amidst Britain’s elite, Weston College defies government oversight. So, when students vanish—including the son of Queen Victoria’s cousin—Her Majesty sends her Watchdog Ciel Phantomhive to investigate.

Black Butler Synopsis:

Together, they’ll prowl the darkest alleys of London on a mission to snuff out those who would do evil.”
