Sixers franchise center Joel Embiid is questionable for Game 2 with a meniscus tear in his right knee. However, he played through the injury in Game 1 to the tune of 39 points on 57.1 FG%. Embiid made 12 of 21 shots, took down 9 rebounds, blocked 3 shots, dished four assists and got a steal.

Hawks forward De’Andre Hunter will be a game time call for Game 2. Hunter is also dealing with a lingering soreness in his right knee and was out for Game 1. Hawks guard Kris Dunn is dealing with an illness and will be unavailable for Game 2.

Hawks franchise guard Trae Young dropped 35 points on 47.8% FG in Game 1 of this playoff series. He was perfect from the free throw line, shooting 9 of 9. Young also dished out 10 assists for a double double. At one point, the Atlanta Hawks were leading the Philadelphia 76ers by 26 points in Game 1. The 76ers lost many opportunities at the free throw line, converting only 24 of 35 trips at the charity stripe. Embiid made 14 of 15…

However, 76ers guard Ben Simmons went 3 of 10 at the free throw line, while scoring 17 points and dishing 10 assists. Simmons also had five turnovers. The most of any player on the 76ers or Hawks for the night.
