Phoenix Suns star point guard Chris Paul is officially back for the Western Conference Finals after clearing the league’s health and safety protocols! The Los Angeles Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard however, will not be available for Game 3. Ouch. The Los Angeles Clippers vs Phoenix Suns Game 2 concluded in absolutely devastating fashion with Paul George missing two free throws… Then Suns’ center Deandre Ayton’s dunk with 0.7 seconds to win the game.

The victory was literally in the Clippers grasp and a deflating loss of this magnitude can either lead to a complete blowout tonight in Game 4 or a big rally.

As has been the case for Tyronn Lue’s Clippers all playoffs long. George’s free throw misses were inexplicable, as he shot 91.4% FT in the Mavericks series and 84.4% FT against the Jazz. The Clippers could be 1-1 going back home to Staples Center against the Suns. But alas it was not to be.

Devin Booker has shot perfect from the free throw line, going 7 of 7 then 9 of 9 last game. A superstar like Paul George simply cannot afford to miss free throws like that with the game on the line. The entire Clippers team momentum picks up or declines based on his leadership.

You can go from NBA Finals favorites to swiftly eliminated with a single injury… As we’ve seen happen with the Brooklyn Nets. The Clippers need to take a page from the Atlanta Hawks’ disciplined playbook in scoring under pressure if they expect to mount a comeback.

This has been your NBABite size live notes for Game 3! Enjoy the Clippers vs Suns live stream free tonight by simply entering your cable provider!
