NYCC 2023: Emma Caulfield Ford felt safety in not being judged based on her looks when voice acting for Audible on series, Slayers: A Buffyverse Story.
Commenting that it’s not about your “shelf life” and if “they still wanna have sex with you.”

EMMA CAULFIELD FORD: I think there’s a certain safety in not having it be about what you look like, ever. For women especially, we are highly judged by our physical appearance and the shelf life. Do they still wanna have sex with you? You know, all that stuff.
