Barry season 2, episode 2 live stream: How to watch HBO online

Here’s how you can watch HBO’s Barry season 2, episode 2 “The Power of No” online via live stream or the old-fashioned way right on your television.

HBO’s Barry continues tonight as the heat is on the hitman turned actor to take out Esther on episode “The Power of No” airing at 10 p.m. ET. You can catch the episode online with HBO Now, Amazon (HBO Channel subscription / 7-Day Free Trial), Direct TV, or post-episode on HBO GO. Amazon Prime members can catch new Barry episodes the next morning post-airing.

On last week’s episode, Barry dealt with the aftermath of taking out Detective Janice Moss in order to keep the truth locked away from the world. His past haunting his present every waking moment of his life, and the lies required to keep it going only pile up. One lie deserved another, with Gene ready to quit teaching his class as his heart just wasn’t in it anymore with Janice gone. However, Barry threw one more hat into the equation to keep Gene in the game… What happened to him overseas.

Gene had challenged him to recount the tale when Barry said Gene could use that pain in class, turning the tables so to speak. He did as such but left out the part where the rest of his solider crew cheered him on after taking out two targets in a row without a tear. The contrast was one of the brilliantly dark pinnacle scenes of the series that really made you think after the credits rolled.

NoHo Hank simultaneously tasked Barry with a hit on would be nemesis Esther on the season 2 premiere. At first Barry balked at the suggestion and called NoHo Hank and idiot but soon a threat would be made, and it became clear it was a demand rather than request.

Former ‘hit manager’ Monroe Fuches has been in trouble ever since a plan with a new hitman went south and police raided the hotel room. Detective Loach may have stumbled onto a connection between Mr. Berkman ‘Block’ and the disappearance of his partner Janice last episode after examining social media pages. It appears Fuches faces consequences in the preview trailer below as he gets questioned.

Meanwhile, NoHo Hank tells of Esther’s monastery and doesn’t like his hitman talking about her plan as brilliant. Gene believes the class should look to the example set by Barry’s powerful retelling of his first successful enemy shot and look to themselves for a piece.
