We interviewed Neneko back in Summer 2021 and the cosplay model’s popularity is reaching record highs. 1.2 million people now follow Neneko on TikTok and her videos have received a whopping 14 million likes on the platform alone.

The cosplay icon thanked fans for supporting her from the beginning on Facebook commenting, “TikTok 1M follows 🎉🎉🎉 Thank you everyone so much 💙 I’m super happy and truly grateful for all of your guy’s support! thank you for being with me all this time”
Now she prepares to release a new swimsuit e-photo book commemorating the fanbase breakthrough.
On her Costumes:
NENEKO: Some of the costumes I put together myself, some not. I have always been very meticulous about fine details and concerned about the overall look of the costumes.
Usually even after others make them, I will find ways to rigorously make them look more restored and my own.”

She first captured gaming fans’ mainstream attention cosplaying as Dead or Alive’s Honoka and Marie Rose at official Koei Tecmo live events.
If you follow Anime & cosplay, you’re bound to have seen her at some point on your journey. An icon in the cosplay genre. Whether it’s as Zero Two from Darlin in the Franxx as seen below or Yumeko Jabami of Kakegurui.
