1No Machine Learning Use

No part of the Site or its content may be used to train, fine-tune, validate, or test any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or system. 2No Scraping or Data Mining

Text-and-data mining, scraping, crawling for collection, and bulk retrieval of the Site are prohibited, and all text-and-data-mining rights are expressly reserved. Inclusion of any content in a dataset, corpus, index built for machine learning, or training archive is prohibited.

Ordinary search-engine indexing that honors the Site’s published crawl directives and displays results as links remains welcome.

3No AI Alteration of Licensed Content

A licensed photograph may not be edited, extended, upscaled, recolored, or otherwise altered by AI tools. The integrity sections of the License Terms state the full rule.

4Enforcement

A violation of this policy is pursued as both a breach of the License Terms and copyright infringement, with every remedy stated there, including the unauthorized-use rates. This policy restates rights Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat already holds; it limits nothing.
