1All Sales Are Final

All sales made by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, the publisher of The Natural Aristocrat®, are final. A completed purchase is not eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange, unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.

Except where the law requires otherwise, Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat is under no obligation to issue a refund in any circumstance. No credits or refunds are available for a change of mind, an error in selection, a purchase that goes unused, or a project that is abandoned, and Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat does not offer store credit, exchanges, or price adjustments in place of a refund.

The correction of billing errors, described under "Billing Errors" below, is the only exception this Policy provides.

2Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to every purchase made from Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, whether through the Site or by direct arrangement. It covers license fees, print orders, passes, Aristocrat+ membership charges, and any related fee, including fees for exclusivity and shipping.

Every purchase is also governed by the License Terms and the Site Terms of Use. This Policy restates their refund provisions in one place, and if this Policy differs from either document in any respect, that document controls.

3License Fees

All license fees are earned when paid and are non-refundable. Once a License is confirmed, no fee, and no part of one, will be returned for any reason.

A decision not to use the licensed Content, a change of plans after confirmation, or the abandonment of the project for which the License was obtained does not entitle you to a refund or a credit.

If a License is revoked other than for your breach, your sole and exclusive remedy is a replacement license to comparable Content. A revocation for your breach carries no remedy, and no revocation of any kind entitles you to a refund.

4Print Orders

Every print is made to order. Because each print is produced on demand, all print sales are final. Once payment is made, the order cannot be canceled, and the print cannot be returned or exchanged.

The price of a print is not refundable in whole or in part, and a change of mind is not grounds for a refund, a credit, or a reprint.

Title to a print, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat delivers the print to the carrier. A print lost or damaged in transit is a claim against the carrier, not against Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat or Nir Regev, and you must file that claim with the carrier within the deadline the carrier’s rules set.

On written request at licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com, Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat will provide the proof of shipment and declared value a carrier claim reasonably requires. That cooperation is the whole of its role, and no refund, reprint, or replacement is available for loss or damage in transit.

5Passes & Timed Access

A pass is a one-time purchase of timed access. Access is delivered immediately on purchase and is consumed on delivery, and a pass is therefore non-refundable from the moment of purchase.

A pass covers the access window stated at purchase, whether or not you use it. No credit or refund is available for an unused window, an unwatched program, or a change of mind.

Because access lives in the browser, clearing cookies or site data, switching to another browser, device, or profile, or using private browsing can end access early. That is how the access model works by design. It is not a defect, and it is not grounds for a refund, an extension, or a replacement beyond anything the point of sale expressly provides.

6Aristocrat+ Membership

Aristocrat+ is a recurring subscription, billed until you cancel it. Membership fees are non-refundable, even where you cancel before the end of a billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the period already paid.

No credit is given for the unused remainder of a billing period. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by the subscription platform through which you subscribed, and a cancellation must be made before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

7Forfeited Access

Sharing, reselling, or transferring a pass or membership, sharing the account or link that carries one, or circumventing or assisting anyone in circumventing an access control forfeits, without refund, every pass and membership you hold. Forfeiture is a consequence of breach under the License Terms and the Site Terms of Use, and forfeited access is not refundable in any circumstance.

8Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, notify Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat in writing at licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com. A verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge for a single order, a charge made after a timely cancellation, or a charge for an order that was never accepted, will be corrected and the erroneous amount reversed.

The correction of a billing error is not a refund of an earned fee, and it creates no exception to this Policy.

9Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Billing questions should be raised with Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat at licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com before a charge is disputed with your bank or card issuer. A payment dispute that asserts a ground this Policy excludes, such as a change of mind described as a billing problem, is not a billing error.

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat responds to payment disputes with the records of the transaction, including the order, the delivery, and any License Confirmation. If a dispute results in the reversal of an earned fee, the related License terminates, any associated pass or membership ends, and continued use of the Content is unauthorized Use under the License Terms.

10Questions Before Purchase

Because all sales are final, questions are best asked before a purchase is completed. Questions about this Policy or about a prospective purchase may be sent to licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com and will be answered in writing.

11Governing Law & Interpretation

This Policy is part of the agreement formed by the License Terms and the Site Terms of Use and is read together with them. It limits nothing in those documents, and every remedy they reserve remains available alongside it. In this Policy, “including” introduces examples and means “including but not limited to”, and “include” and “includes” are read the same way.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any part of this Policy cannot be applied to a particular purchase, the remainder continues to apply, and the sale remains final to the fullest extent the law allows.
