1Editorial Content

The photographs licensed by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat (the “Content”) are works of editorial photography, created and licensed for Editorial Use: the illustration of newsworthy, factual, documentary, educational, and other matters of public interest.

This statement records the rights position of the Content and the clearances for which the Licensee is responsible; it is supplementary to, and governed by, the License Terms, and the defined terms used there apply equally here.

2Absence of Releases

A model release is the written consent of a person depicted to the use of their likeness; a property release is the corresponding consent in respect of property, premises, or other proprietary subject matter. Such consents are ordinarily required to authorize Commercial Use, and are ordinarily not required for Editorial Use.

Except where a photograph is expressly identified in writing as released, no model release, property release, or other consent, permission, or clearance has been obtained for the Content. This is so for any person, property, premises, trademark, logo, work of art, design, or other element depicted in it.

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any such release or clearance exists or is available.

3Responsibility for Clearances

The Licensee is solely responsible for determining whether any release, consent, license, or clearance is required for its intended use of the Content, and for obtaining all of them, at its own expense, prior to use.

That responsibility includes any right of privacy or publicity, any copyright subsisting in an underlying work, and any trademark, design, person, or property depicted.

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat has made no determination of, and accepts no responsibility for, the clearances that any particular use may require, and the Licensee acknowledges that it relies upon its own judgment and advisers in that regard.

4Exclusion of Commercial Use

The Content is not cleared for, and may not be put to, any Commercial Use, including advertising, promotion, endorsement, merchandising, packaging, or any other use that markets or solicits the purchase of a product, service, or cause.

Any Commercial Use requires a separate written license from Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat and the Licensee’s prior procurement of every release and clearance that such use requires.

5Rights of Privacy & Publicity

A person depicted in the Content has rights of privacy and publicity in their name, likeness, and persona. Using any of them for advertising or trade without that person’s written consent may violate those rights.

A use of the Content that exceeds Editorial Use, or that implies the endorsement of, or association with, any person depicted, may give rise to a claim by that person independent of copyright.

The Licensee assumes all such risk and is responsible for it under the indemnity set out in the License Terms.

6Integrity of the Content

The Content comprises authentic photographs of actual persons, places, and events.

The Licensee must reproduce the Content exactly as delivered and may scale it proportionally for display, keeping its exact aspect ratio (for example, a 2,048-pixel-wide file reduced to 800 pixels wide).

Without the prior written consent of Nir Regev, the Licensee may not crop, retouch, recolor, filter, enhance, upscale, composite, or otherwise alter the Content by any means, including any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning tool. The Licensee may not misrepresent the subject or event depicted, or place any person depicted in a false light.

7License Verification

Every License Confirmation issued by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat carries a unique number in the form CONF-YYYY-0000. Whether a document carrying such a number is genuine, and whether its period is in force, can be checked free of charge on the License Verification page of this site.
