1Agreement & Scope

These Site Terms of Use (the “Site Terms”) govern your access to and use of the photography site at thenaturalaristocrat.com/nir-regev-photography, and every page, feed, gallery, player, and purchase surface it serves (the “Site”), operated by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you accept these Site Terms and enter a binding agreement with Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site.

The Site Terms govern use of the Site itself. Licensing of any photograph, video, article, or other content published on the Site is governed exclusively by the License Terms posted on the Site, which are incorporated into these Site Terms by reference. Where both documents speak to the same subject, the License Terms control questions of content licensing and the Site Terms control questions of Site access.

If you use the Site on behalf of an employer, client, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity, and you and that entity are jointly and severally responsible for compliance.

2Changes to the Site & These Site Terms

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat may revise these Site Terms at any time in its sole discretion. The revised Site Terms take effect when posted and govern all use of the Site after posting. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Site after a revision is posted is acceptance of the revision.

The Site itself may change at any time. Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat may add, alter, suspend, or withdraw any feature, page, gallery, channel, or offering, in whole or in part, without notice and without liability.

3Site Content & Ownership

Every photograph, video, and article published on the Site is an original work of Nir Regev, published by The Natural Aristocrat®. Each headline and caption, every graphic and page composition original to the publication, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the Site as a collective work are equally his, protected under United States copyright law, the Berne Convention, and every other applicable law and treaty. © 2026 Nir Regev. The Natural Aristocrat® is a registered trademark of Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat. Nothing on the Site grants, and nothing on the Site may be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use that mark, any other mark displayed on the Site, or any content, without a license issued in advance and in writing by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat.

Access to the Site conveys the right to read its pages and to view, watch, and listen to the content it presents, in the browser and in the players the Site itself provides, and nothing more. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, rewritten, downloaded, recorded, scraped, framed, mirrored, uploaded, posted, transmitted, redistributed, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any other purpose without that license. Ordinary browser caching in the course of that reading, viewing, and playback is permitted solely to that extent.

Certain graphic elements, typefaces, and software appearing on or supporting the Site may be professionally licensed from third-party sources. Any such element is used under a license held by the publication, remains the property of its owner, and no right to use it passes to you through this Site.

Every license to use any of the works published on the Site is granted by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, as licensor and as the authorized licensing representative of the author, exclusively under the License Terms and through a written, numbered License Confirmation. No one else is authorized to grant any right in them, and no grant arises in any other way.

Every right not expressly granted by these Site Terms, by the License Terms, or by a written license issued by Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat is reserved. Unauthorized use of any content is a breach of these Site Terms and an infringement of copyright, and where a mark is involved it is an infringement of trademark, and it is pursued through every remedy the License Terms and the law provide.

4Acceptable Use

The Site is offered for one purpose: reading, viewing, watching, and listening to what it publishes, and lawfully purchasing access to it and licenses for it. You agree not to do any of the following:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, paywall, pass, membership gate, or other technical protection on the Site, or assist anyone in doing so.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, spider, or bulk-download any part of the Site, or extract its content for any collection, dataset, archive, or derivative service. Ordinary search-engine indexing that honors the Site’s published crawl directives and displays results as links is permitted.
• Probe, overload, flood, or disrupt the Site or the systems and networks serving it, or introduce any malicious code.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Site into another site or service, or present the Site as your own.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any dealing with Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat through the Site.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or the rights of any person.

5Purchases, Paid Access & Billing

The Site offers Aristocrat+, a membership that opens the premium work published across the Site while it remains active and paid. Time-limited passes are also offered for single galleries, videos, streams, or articles. A pass is a single one-time payment for the access period shown at purchase.

Every purchase of access is an agreement with Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat. The price shown at the moment of purchase governs that purchase, and prices may change at any time for future purchases. Where tax applies, it is charged at the rate in force.

The full terms of paid access, including access windows, the prohibition on sharing or reselling access, forfeiture for abuse, and the rule that all sales are final, are stated in the “Aristocrat+ Membership, Passes & Paid Access” section of the License Terms. That section governs every purchase of access on the Site and is part of these Site Terms.

6Access Without Accounts

The Site does not offer visitor accounts or registration, and no login exists. Paid access is delivered to the browser in which the purchase is made and is remembered by a token stored there.

Because access lives in the browser, clearing cookies or site data, switching to another browser, device, or profile, or using private browsing can end access early. That is how the model works by design. It is not a defect, and it is not grounds for a refund, an extension, or a replacement beyond anything the point of sale expressly provides.

7Third-Party Platforms, Advertising & Links

Some pages embed players, tools, or content served by third-party platforms, and some link to other sites. Those services belong to their operators, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may set their own cookies. Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat does not control them and is not responsible for them. A link or embed is not an endorsement.

The Site may carry advertising and sponsorship. An advertisement is the advertiser’s own statement, not the publication’s. Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat does not endorse and takes no responsibility for any advertisement appearing on the Site or for anything it offers, and the advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertisement and for what it sells. Your correspondence and dealings with any advertiser, including payment, delivery, and every term attached to them, are solely between you and that advertiser, and Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from those dealings. Sponsored and affiliate placements are identified where they appear.

8Copyright Complaints

If you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright, send written notice to licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com identifying the work claimed to be infringed, the exact location of the material on the Site, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, a statement made under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat reviews complete notices promptly, removes or disables material where the law requires, and ends the access of repeat infringers.

9The Site Is Provided As Is

THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIVE GAME DEALS LLC d/b/a THE NATURAL ARISTOCRAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Content on the Site may contain inaccuracies. Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat may correct or update any content at any time without notice and assumes no duty to update.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LIVE GAME DEALS LLC d/b/a THE NATURAL ARISTOCRAT AND NIR REGEV ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SITE OR ITS USE.

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LIVE GAME DEALS LLC d/b/a THE NATURAL ARISTOCRAT AND NIR REGEV FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE SITE TERMS IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). CLAIMS ARISING FROM A LICENSE ARE GOVERNED BY THE LICENSE TERMS, NOT THIS CAP.

11Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Site. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, The Natural Aristocrat®, and Nir Regev from and against any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Site Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

12Suspension & Termination

Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including paid access, where you breach these Site Terms or the License Terms. Forfeiture of paid access for sharing or circumvention is governed by the License Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination survive it, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and this sentence.

13Governing Law & Venue

These Site Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any action arising from the Site or these Site Terms that is not subject to an arbitration agreement must be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey sitting in Bergen County or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing here prevents either party from proceeding in small-claims court for a qualifying claim.

14General

These Site Terms, together with the License Terms and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about use of the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the rest remain in force. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Site Terms; Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat may.

In these Site Terms, “including” introduces examples and means “including but not limited to”. The words “include” and “includes” are read the same way. Headings are for convenience only.
