1Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat (“we” or “us”), the publisher of The Natural Aristocrat® at TheNaturalAristocrat.com, collects, uses, and shares information. It covers the information involved when you visit the site, contact us, license a photograph, subscribe, order a print, or otherwise interact with the publication. It applies to the photography site at thenaturalaristocrat.com/nir-regev-photography.

It does not cover any site, platform, or service that we do not operate, including platforms where The Natural Aristocrat® maintains accounts; each of those is governed by its own privacy policy.

The License Terms govern every license and print order; where the License Terms or a Confirmation address a subject specifically, they control for that transaction. Capitalized terms used in this Policy and not defined here, such as “Confirmation”, have the meanings given in the License Terms. In this Policy, “including” introduces examples and means “including but not limited to”, and “include” and “includes” are read the same way.

2Information You Provide

We collect what you choose to give us. A licensing or print inquiry includes your name, email address, and the details of the request. Correspondence includes whatever you place in it. A comment or other submission, where the site offers one, includes the content you post and the name you post it under.

A subscription, license, or print order includes the details needed to complete it, such as your name, email address, billing information, and, for a shipped print, a delivery address.

Payment card details are collected and processed by the payment platform handling the transaction, not stored by us; we receive confirmation of the payment and the details needed to fulfill the order.

You are not required to provide any of this information, but without it we may be unable to answer an inquiry, issue a license, or fulfill an order.

3Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, standard technical information is recorded automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of the visit. It reaches us through server logs, the hosting and content-delivery infrastructure that serves the site, and the security systems that screen its traffic.

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the publication: to deliver pages quickly, to detect and block abusive or automated traffic, to measure in aggregate which work is read, and to diagnose technical problems.

4Cookies & Similar Technologies

We do not give advertising partners your name or contact details.

8How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. Information is shared only:

• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, in which case this Policy continues to apply to the information transferred;
• At your direction or with your consent.

Public parts of the site are public: a comment or similar submission, and the name it is posted under, are visible to anyone who reads the page.

9Retention & Security

Information is kept for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for and no longer, except where a longer period is required. Licensing records, Confirmations, invoices, and enforcement correspondence are retained for the life of the license and for the periods that tax, accounting, and legal requirements set.

Routine technical logs are retained on a short rotation.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the site and restricted access to its systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will address it and provide any notice the law requires.

10Your Choices & Rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, by writing to licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com with enough detail to identify yourself and the request.

We verify these requests, answer them within a reasonable time, and honor them except where the information must be kept, such as the record of an issued license or a retention period the law sets. Where a privacy law of your jurisdiction grants you additional rights, we honor those rights as that law provides.

Any marketing or update email we send includes a way to stop receiving it; asking to stop marketing email does not affect correspondence about a license or order you hold.

11New Jersey Residents

New Jersey is home to Live Game Deals LLC d/b/a The Natural Aristocrat, and the New Jersey Data Privacy Act gives residents of the State specific rights in their personal information. A New Jersey resident may ask us to confirm whether we process personal information about them and to provide access to it, to correct an inaccuracy, to delete it, and to provide a portable copy of the information they gave us, in a usable format, where it is technically feasible to do so.

A New Jersey resident may also direct us not to process their personal information for targeted advertising, not to sell it, and not to use it for profiling that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. As stated under “How Information Is Shared”, we do not sell personal information. Where your browser or device sends a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser or device.

To make any of these requests, write to licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com with enough detail to identify yourself and the request. We answer within a reasonable time, and exercising a right will never cost you anything or change the service you receive. If we cannot honor a request, we will explain why.

12Children

The site is a general-audience editorial publication and is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under that age; if you believe a child has provided personal information to us, write to licensing@thenaturalaristocrat.com and it will be deleted.

13Visitors From Outside the United States

The site is published in the United States, and the information described in this Policy is processed and stored there, where privacy law may differ from the law of your jurisdiction. By using the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States as this Policy describes.

14Changes to This Policy

The revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date shown at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision is posted is acceptance of the revised Policy.
